William Downe

President and Chief Executive Officer, BMO Financial Group

William Downe is President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Group. He was appointed CEO on March 1, 2007.

Operating under a single vision: to be the bank that defines great customer experience, BMO Financial Group is a North American bank that serves more than 12 million personal, commercial, corporate and institutional customers.

Mr. Downe joined Bank of Montreal in 1983 and held a variety of senior management positions in Canada and the U.S. In 1999, he was appointed Vice-Chair, Bank of Montreal and, in 2001, he was named Deputy Chair of BMO Financial Group and Chief Executive Officer, BMO Nesbitt Burns. In 2006, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of BMO Financial Group.

He is the only Canadian member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council of the Mayor of Beijing (IBLAC), and he is a member of the International Advisory Council of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Mr. Downe is a Director of ManpowerGroup. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Rush University Medical Center and a member of the Board’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Mr. Downe is a director of Catalyst and a member of Catalyst’s Canadian Board of Advisors. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and Past President of the Federal Reserve Board’s Federal Advisory Council.

In the community, Mr. Downe sits on the board of Toronto’s St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, and he is a member of the Campaign Executive, for The Campaign for the University of Toronto. He served as Chairman of the 2009 Campaign Cabinet for United Way of Greater Toronto, and he is also past Chair of the Board of Directors of St. Michael’s Hospital.

Mr. Downe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. In 2003, he received the Rotman Distinguished Business Alumni Award from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management.

David A. Galloway

Chairman, BMO Financial Group

David Galloway was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank of Montreal effective May 1, 2004. Mr. Galloway is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Torstar Corporation, a position he held from 1988 to 2002. He joined Torstar in 1981 and became President and Chief Executive Officer for Harlequin worldwide in 1982. Prior to joining Torstar, he was a founding partner of the Canada Consulting Group, a leading strategic management consulting firm that was acquired by the Boston Consulting Group.

He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hospital for Sick Children and serves on the following company boards: Hudson's Bay Company, Toromont Industries Ltd. and E.W. Scripps Company. In addition, at different times during the period from 1999 to 2003, Mr. Galloway also served as a director of the following publicly traded companies: Clearnet Communications Inc., Corel Corporation, Torstar Corporation, Visible Genetics and Westburne Inc.

Mr. Galloway has a B.A. (Hons.) in political science and economics from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Galloway is married with two children and lives in Toronto.

Mark F. Furlong

President and Chief Executive Officer, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Mark Furlong is President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Harris Bank N.A. . He assumed the role upon the close of the acquisition of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation by BMO Financial Group, July 5, 2011.

BMO Harris Bank N.A. ., headquartered in Chicago, is part of Toronto-based BMO Financial Group, one of North America's leading financial services providers serving personal and commercial customers throughout the Midwest, Arizona and Florida.

Mr. Furlong joined Marshall & Ilsley Corporation in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was elected President, M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, in July 2004, President of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation in April 2005, and Chief Executive Officer in 2007.

Prior to joining M&I, Mr. Furlong was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of Old Kent Financial Corp., First Vice President, Corporate Development, for H. F. Ahmanson & Company, was a partner for Deloitte & Touche, and senior manager for KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Furlong is a member of the board of directors for Kforce Professional Staffing, the United Way of Greater Milwaukee, the United Performing Arts Fund, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, Froedtert Health, and Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, of which he is immediate past Chair. He is also Chair of the Board of Schools that Can, Milwaukee. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University.

Ellen M. Costello

Chief Executive Officer, BMO Financial Corp and U.S. Country Head

Ellen Costello is Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Corp. and U.S. Country Head of Toronto-based BMO Financial Group, one of North America's leading financial services providers.

Ms. Costello is responsible for providing governance and regulatory oversight for all of BMO’s U.S. businesses. This includes ensuring all U.S. activities of the bank are consistent with the values, principles and the strategic initiatives set by BMO and approved by the BMO board. She is a member of the BMO management and performance committees.

After joining BMO Financial Group in 1983, Ms. Costello held progressively senior positions in Corporate Banking and Treasury, serving in leadership positions in Derivatives, as Regional Treasurer in Asia in 1993 and in 1995 as Senior Vice President and Deputy Treasurer. In 1997, she was appointed Executive Vice President, Global Treasury Group, responsible for the foreign exchange, financial products, money markets, loan syndication/trading and managed futures businesses. In 2000, she was named Head of Securitization and Credit Investment Management; in 2003, head of BMO Capital Markets, New York; and in 2006 she assumed responsibility for Merchant Banking. Later in 2006 she was named Group Head for Personal and Commercial Banking U.S. and President and CEO Harris Financial Corp. She was appointed to her current role in July 2011.

Ms. Costello holds a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University and earned her MBA from Dalhousie University. She serves on a number of boards, including the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, After School Matters, the Executives' Club of Chicago and the Financial Services Roundtable. She is a member of the Commercial Club, its Civic Committee, the Chicago Network, the Economic Club of Chicago.

Peter McNitt

Vice Chair, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Peter McNitt is Vice Chair of BMO Harris Bank. As part of the bank's executive leadership team, he has a wide range of responsibilities focusing the organization on delivering the full breadth of wealth, commercial and investment banking capabilities to the bank's customers. He has direct responsibility for strategic initiatives that both strengthen BMO Harris' capabilities around customer focus and development and expand the bank's market visibility and presence.

During his career, McNitt has held many leadership roles. He was named Senior Vice President and Head of the Emerging Majors Midwest in 1994. Since that time, he has led U.S. Corporate Banking (as Executive Vice President), U.S. Investment Banking (as Executive Managing Director), and Business Banking (as Vice Chair).

McNitt graduated from Amherst College and has attended Northwestern University's Graduate School of Management and the Graduate School of Credit and Finance at Stanford University.

He is on the Board of Directors of Youth Guidance and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Managers of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and the Board of Trustees, WTTW. He is also a member of The Executives' Club of Chicago and The Economic Club of Chicago.

Ann M. Benschoter

Executive Vice President, Personal & Commercial, U.S. Headquarters, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Ann Benschoter is Executive Vice President, Personal & Commercial, U.S. Headquarters for BMO Harris Bank. She is responsible for leading the teams that develop and implement customer strategies, as well as the management of all personal and commercial banking products in the U.S., and reports to Mark Furlong.

She previously was Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking for M&I Marshall & Ilsley (M&I) Bank. In that role, she was responsible for leading both strategy and delivery of M&I's commercial, correspondent and treasury management lines of business.

Benschoter was a Vice President at First Chicago Bank from 1982 through 1987, Vice President at Continental Bank in Chicago, Illinois, from 1987 through 1992, and Managing Director for Bank of America (f/k/a Continental Bank) in Chicago from 1992 through 1996. She joined M&I Bank of Southern Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1996. Benschoter moved to the lead bank, M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank in Milwaukee, in 1998 and has held positions within the Capital Markets Group, the Health Care Group and Southeast Wisconsin Commercial Banking.

Benschoter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Mankato State University (1979) and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Minnesota (1982).

She is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of Aurora Health Care Metro Region, a member of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee Community Campaign Cabinet, and a member of the United Way Women's Initiative Council. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Athletic Club and a past co-chair of the United Way Women's Initiative.

Terry Bulger

Executive Vice President, Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Terry Bulger is Executive Vice President, Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer at BMO Harris Bank.

Previously, Bulger had been appointed to the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Risk Analytics and Portfolio Management and subsequently to the role of Chief Risk Officer at Harris Financial Corp.

Originally from Ontario, Bulger spent the majority of his risk management career with ABN AMRO in progressively senior credit and risk positions in Amsterdam and Chicago. Before coming to BMO, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for ABN AMRO's North American operations, a role that included LaSalle Bank in Chicago.

Bulger holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a master's of business administration from the University of Toronto.

David R. Casper

Executive Vice President, Commercial Division, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Dave Casper is Executive Vice President, Commercial Division, BMO Harris Bank. Casper is responsible for leading the commercial business at BMO Harris Bank and reports to Mark Furlong.

He was appointed to Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking for Harris Bank in March 2010. Previous to this role, Casper was Executive Managing Director and Co-Head, Investment & Corporate Banking U.S. and was responsible for coordinating all the investment and corporate banking activities of BMO Capital Markets' U.S. industry sector and product groups.

Casper has worked at BMO Financial Group for his entire professional career. He began with a series of roles at Harris Bank, eventually having responsibilities for managing corporate banking in the Midwest. In 1997, he joined BMO Capital Markets, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, private and public capital raising and general advisory services. He also held a role as Head of the Financial Sponsor coverage group.

A Wisconsin native, Casper received a master's of management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. He is on the Board of Directors for the Ounce of Prevention Fund and the Chicago Public Library Foundation. He resides in Chicago.

Bradley D. Chapin

Executive Vice President, Personal Banking, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Brad Chapin is Executive Vice President, Personal Banking for BMO Harris Bank. He is responsible for executing strategy and driving performance of Harris' personal banking network across the Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona and Florida regions. He has more than 25 years of experience in retail and commercial banking. Prior to his current role, he was the Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking for M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Chapin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Chicago. He began his career as a commercial banker at Harris Bank in Chicago in 1984 and joined M&I Bank in 1990.

Chapin served on several boards in the Minneapolis area, including the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation and the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts. He is now a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Milwaukee Area YMCA.

Deirdre Drake

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Deirdre Drake is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for BMO Harris Bank. Drake is responsible for creating business strategies and operational priorities that focus on people and a higher performing culture. She builds and drives human resource strategic plans, measures and metrics for Personal and Commercial Banking, and is instrumental in the planning and development of annual goals and objectives for the division. With respect to our U.S. growth plans, she is accountable for the development of human resource strategies to support mergers and acquisitions.

Drake brings over 22 years of experience and leadership in Human Resources from Marathon Oil, Kraft General Foods, MCI Telecommunications, and ARAMARK Corporation. She serves on the board of Directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).

Drake holds a master's of business administration from St. Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Justine Fedak

Senior Vice President, Marketing, BMO Harris Bank N.A. 

Justine Fedak is Senior Vice President, Marketing for BMO Harris Bank N.A. Fedak is responsible for brand positioning, advertising, promotional activities and customer experience creation for the personal, commercial and wealth management businesses in the United States. She works closely with product areas in new product development and with the management team to ensure all activities align with business strategy.

In 2007, Fedak joined Harris Bank from its parent company, BMO Financial Group, where she held the position of Vice President and Head of Corporate Sponsorships and Events, with responsibility for both Canada and the United States. She joined BMO Financial Group in 1992 in Public Affairs working in Media Relations, Corporate Sponsorships, and Corporate Marketing.

Four years later, Fedak was appointed Director of Investor, a pilot program BMO launched to bring wealth management to a retail client base through storefront offices. In 2001, she was named Vice President, Marketing and Client Strategy for the Private Client Group (PCG) and Investment Banking Group. In 2003, she was named Director and Head of PCG Marketing and Client Strategy, North America, a role she held until 2007. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing and Customer Strategies for Harris.

Fedak earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Dalhousie University. She is a Director on the Noah's Arc Foundation (Chicago Bull #13 Joakim Noah), which supports children through uniting sports and the arts as a means of self expression.  She is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.

Peter R. Janczak

Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, P&C U.S.

Peter Janczak is the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, P&C U.S.

Janczak joined Marshall & Ilsley (M&I) Corporation in November of 2002 as Director of Corporate Compliance. His primary responsibility was oversight of activities of the M&I Corporate Compliance Group that supports the banking operations areas within M&I.

Janczak chaired the M&I Corporate Compliance Committee and served as the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money-Laundering Officer for the Corporation. In the role of Community Reinvestment Act Officer for M&I, he facilitated the coordination of the CRA programs implemented by M&I affiliate banks. He also served on the M&I Compliance Oversight Committee as representative for the compliance programs of the M&I affiliate banks and the supporting operations.

Before joining M&I, Janczak spent 23 years with U.S. Bank (formerly Firstar) in a number of operational and compliance related roles.

Janczak holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a graduate of the ABA National Graduate Compliance School in Norman, Oklahoma. He earned the designation of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) in 2000 and has been a panelist and speaker at numerous compliance conferences hosted by the American Bankers Association (ABA).

Terry A. Jenkins

Terry Jenkins is Executive Vice President, BMO Global Private Bank, U.S. Jenkins is responsible for the delivery of Wealth Management Services in key U.S. geographies covering Illinois, Washington, Virginia, Arizona and Florida and is the National Head of our U.S. Ultra High Net Worth strategy and operations.

His previous role was as President, Harris Private Bank, responsible for overseeing the strategy development and delivery of wealth services to high net worth and ultra high net worth families across the United States. Harris Private Bank provides investment management, trust and estate, financial planning, customized banking, philanthropy, and wealth transfer services, as well as comprehensive multi-family office services through its Harris myCFO business.

Jenkins previously served as head of BMO Harris Private Banking, the Canadian wealth management unit of Harris parent BMO Financial Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto majoring in Commerce and has received a master's degree in International Management from McGill University in Montreal. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lyric Opera of Chicago and a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.

Jim Kappel

Vice President, Head of Media Relations, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Jim Kappel is Vice President, Head of Media Relations for BMO Harris Bank. He is responsible for all public relation activities for Personal & Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Services in the U.S.

He was previously Vice President, Corporate Communications for Harris where his responsibilities included managing internal and external communication initiatives.

Prior to joining Harris in 2009, Kappel was Staff Vice President, Corporate Communications for WellPoint, Inc. where he was responsible for managing media relations, internal communications, executive communications, and reputation management for each of the company's state health plans.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Butler University.

Christopher McComish

Executive Vice President, Personal Banking and Co-Head of North American Specialized Sales, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Chris McComish is Executive Vice President, Personal Banking (Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas) and Co-Head of North American Specialized Sales for BMO Harris Bank (which includes all aspects of the consumer lending and indirect auto business in the US). He reports to Mark Furlong.

He was previously Executive Vice President & Head of Retail Banking for Harris Bank. McComish was responsible for executing strategy and driving performance of Harris' retail banking network. These duties also included direct responsibility for retail product management, distribution, sales support, operations, lending, as well as working in partnership with commercial banking and wealth management in delivering the bank's capabilities to its customers and communities.

McComish's career encompasses over 20 years of experience in retail and commercial banking. He joined Harris from Wachovia N.A., where he most recently served as the Executive Vice-President, Community Banking Executive Director. In this role, he was responsible for creating strategy and driving performance of 92 markets in seven states, which covered nearly 300 bankers and market leaders and 700 branches.

McComish is a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago and BAI. He is also a member of the Financial Services Roundtable.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international economics from the Ohio Wesleyan University.

Thomas O'Neill

Head, Special Assets Portfolio, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Thomas O'Neill is Head, Special Assets Corporate Real Estate Portfolio, BMO Financial Corp. He joined BMO as part of the acquisition of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation in July 2011.

O'Neill is responsible for strategy and execution of the management of BMO's impaired commercial real estate portfolio in the U.S. His responsibilities include the successful reduction of the impaired asset portfolio and return of capital to the organization. His duties include the management of the Special Asset Management Unit for commercial real estate, U.S.

Previously, O'Neill served as Senior Vice President of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation, responsible for the company's special asset strategies and a member of the bank's executive planning committee. O'Neill joined M&I in 1985, holding a number of senior positions within the retail bank, becoming the Corporate Head of Retail Banking in 1996. He continued to serve as Head of Retail Banking up until 2008, adding the role of Head of Community Banking to his responsibilities in 2000 where he was responsible for Regional Banking, Retail Banking, Mortgage and Consumer Lending and M&I's Business Banking segment. Additionally, he led the bank's National Consumer banking efforts.

O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Beloit College and is now serving on its board of trustees. Additionally, he serves on a number of other non-profit boards including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Competitive WI, Inc. and the Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation.

Gail Palac

Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor U.S.

Gail Palac is Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor U.S. She is responsible for providing audit advice and counsel to the CEO of BMO Financial Corp and the Board of Directors, driving positive change across the US organization. Palac provides executive leadership to the staff of audit professionals, identifying insights into current, emerging and potential issues, trends, and opportunities that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness of control processes. She also liaises extensively with external regulators, ensuring the audit organization meets increasing regulatory expectations.

Palac's career includes more than 24 years of experience across a wide variety of banking roles within BMO and Harris Bank. Prior to her current role as U.S. Chief Auditor at Harris, she provided executive leadership and strategic direction to a team of operations professionals managing corporate loan administration and loan servicing for BMO Financial worldwide.

Palac attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in accounting and finance. She also has her CPA designation. Palac is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Pamela Piarowski

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, BMO Financial Corp.

Pamela C. Piarowski is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, BMO Financial Corp. She is responsible for oversight of all financial activities of BMO Financial Corp. and BMO's U.S. segment, including financial strategies; financial performance management; planning and forecasting; financial governance; accounting and financial information; and taxation. In addition, she is the CFO of the P&C U.S. business.

Since joining BMO's Chicago operations in 1989 and the Harris organization in 1995, she has been exposed to the financial issues of virtually every line of business across BMO Financial Group in the United States and Canada. Before her appointment to her previous role, which she also held from 2001 to 2003, she was Vice President Financial Performance Management in Toronto and was responsible for overseeing planning, forecasting and analysis for the entire organization, as well as communication of BMO's performance, including quarterly and annual MD&A and quarterly analyst presentations.

Prior to joining BMO Financial Group, Pam spent eight years with Coopers & Lybrand, providing audit services to clients in banking and real estate. She is a Certified Public Account and graduated from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana with a degree in history.

Gayle Robinson

Associate General Counsel, Private Client Group, U.S.

Gayle Robinson is Associate General Counsel, Private Client Group, U.S. and is responsible for the legal work associated with asset management and securities. She reports to Barbara Muir.

Robinson was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel for M&I Wealth Management, where she was responsible for the legal, risk and regulatory compliance activities for M&I Wealth Management's fiduciary lines of business.

Prior to joining M&I, Robinson served as in-house counsel for Fifth Third/Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids, Michigan for 18 years. In this role, she was actively involved in drafting and negotiating state law changes as a committee member of the Michigan Bankers Association and the Michigan State Bar Probate & Estate Planning Section.

Robinson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Wisconsin and Michigan state bar associations.

Gilles G. Ouellette

President and Chief Executive Officer, Private Client Group, BMO Financial Group

In May 2001, Gilles Ouellette was named to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Group's Private Client Group, which comprises the Bank's North American wealth management businesses. He is also Deputy Chair, BMO Capital Markets.

Mr. Ouellette entered the investment industry in 1979 after three years of teaching investment management at the University of Western Ontario and six years as the owner/manager of a small business. From 1979 to 1983, Mr. Ouellette built a successful career as an Investment Executive at Burns Fry Limited. In 1983, he was promoted to Branch Manager and in 1988 assumed the position of National Director of Sales. In 1990, Mr. Ouellette was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Investor Services and in 1993 became Executive Vice President of Burns Fry Limited. The 1994 merger of Nesbitt Thomson and Burns Fry resulted in Mr. Ouellette's appointment as EVP, Private Client Division and in 1997, he was appointed Director of the Private Client Division and Vice Chairman of Nesbitt Burns.

Mr. Ouellette holds an undergraduate degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Ouellette is Co-Chair of Leadership Giving for the United Way 2004 Campaign. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIAR). He is a Director of the Art Gallery of Ontario Foundation Board of Trustees.

Judith Rice

Senior Vice President, Community Affairs & Economic Development, BMO Harris Bank N.A.

Judith Rice is Senior Vice President and Head of Community Affairs & Economic Development for BMO Harris Bank. She reports to Andy Plews, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications.

Rice is responsible for overseeing the company's community affairs, government relations, and community development activities, including community development lending and community investments. She also serves as Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) officer for BMO Harris, accountable for the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements related to lending in underserved communities.

Prior to her current role, Rice served as vice president and director of Government Relations for Harris. She joined Harris in 2007 with a strong background in public service, having served as Chicago's City Treasurer as well as the first female commissioner of two of Chicago's key infrastructure agencies. She led the Department of Water from 1996 until 1999, and the Department of Transportation from 1999 until 2000.

In 1989, Rice began her tenure with the City of Chicago as Assistant Corporation Counsel, and served as Director of the Department of Revenue from 1993 until 1995. Prior to her work with the City of Chicago, Rice served in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.

Rice serves on the boards of the March of Dimes, the Uhlich Children's Advantage Network, the Chicago Network, the United Negro College Fund, the Harold Washington Library, Working in the Schools, and the Chicago Public Library. She has been recognized for her leadership and work supporting financial literacy by numerous organizations, including the Federal Reserve Board, the Illinois Council of Economic Education, the City Colleges of Chicago, and the Nia Foundation.

Born and raised in Chicago, Rice earned her law degree from John Marshall Law School in 1988, and graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in communication.

Patrick R. Scotto di Luzio is Vice President and Managing Director, U.S. Strategy for BMO Financial Group. Scotto di Luzio is responsible for driving the development, refinement, and management of high-value business strategies for BMO Harris Bank. Prior to relocating to Chicago from Toronto in 2008, Scotto di Luzio led numerous strategic projects for the Canadian Personal & Commercial Bank, with a focus on sales model design and distribution. He has also led the annual resource allocation and enterprise strategy development processes for BMO's Management Committee and Board of Directors. Scotto di Luzio joined BMO in 2004 from McKinsey & Company, where he served clients in telecommunications, retail, and financial services.
